Silvia is a Credentialed Executive and Leadership Coach, experienced virtual and face to face Facilitator, Instructional Designer, Instructional and Technical Producer. A jack of all trades in the training and development industry where she has been for over 12 years,
Silvia walks into learning environments with the goal of always learning something. She focuses on connecting to others through shared experiences and expertise. Valuing wisdom, trust and connection sprinkled with a bit of fun, she believes this to be the best recipe for successful learning.
As a coach, Silvia helps people find their own resourcefulness. It is her joy each and every day to support people as they look at things from a different angle and explore challenges by making connections to the bigger themes in their lives.
While working with leaders, Silvia also helps design and facilitate programs that support growing organizations looking for stronger connections and greater effectiveness.
