Sandra has spent more than 30 years in the corporate world, helping cross-functional teams develop complex business change. She has held senior positions and collaborated with leaders at all levels of the organisation including the C-Suite, working across different business functions and cultures.

Sandra has a unique insight into the skills required for strong leadership and high employee engagement. A solutions-focused coach and mentor, her empathetic and intuitive approach stems from her own extensive leadership experience. In creating a safe, confidential, and knowing space to help clients develop their leadership skills, Sandra is adept in helping people accelerate performance.
