Meet the trainer
Vivien Newrzella is a multilingual HR professional located in Barcelona. She holds a degree in International Business from Cologne Business School and is accredited as an Advanced Facilitator (Level 3) by the Association of Facilitators. Additionally, she is a certified Business and Performance Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and a Certified SCRUM Master.
She began her career as a Corporate Sales Consultant in Shanghai before splitting her focus between sales activities and facilitating hands-on business simulations with Celemi. Eventually, she embraced her passion for learning and development and became Fiducia Management Consultants' first LD manager. Within a span of three years, she ascended to the role of Strategic Head of Human Resources, and was instrumental in transforming the company culture from profit-oriented to people-centric. In 2016, she founded HerVantage, a Women's Negotiation Advisory that continues to actively contribute to bridging the gender pay gap on a global scale.
