Janeth is a specialist in transformational leadership based on values. With a strong foundation in self-discovery, self-leadership, and adaptive emotional management, Janeth helps individuals maximize their potential, achieve their goals, and lead with positive influence to live a fulfilling life. She firmly believes that everything in organizations starts with people, who make it all possible.
As a volunteer with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation and Fundación Social Watson, she gives talks on youth leadership based on values. She is a mentor and coach at Venezolanas in Tech and in the "Second Chances Opportunity" Program by UN Women – AIEP. She collaborates with the organization Mujeres del Pacifico, facilitating training for female leadership and empowerment. She is an active member of the organization Mujeres Lideres America.
Janeth holds a degree in Business Administration and is certified as a Coach, Trainer, and Speaker by Maxwell Leadership. She is also certified as a Level II Speaker at Cala Speaking Academy (in-person). She is a Professional, Executive & Business Coach, and an NLP Practitioner.

In particular, he has advised companies such as JP Morgan, Barclays, Sony, Nomura, M&S, and Blackrock for more than 15 years.
Developing his reputation for thought leadership, in recent years Nick has been leading work on The Sustainable Human, the subject of his forthcoming book.
