Karl Brown is a speaker, trainer, coach, and behaviour change specialist who helps leaders foster optimistic cultures, speak with clarity and connect deeply with their audience. By blending performance techniques with behavioural science, he enables professionals to think on their feet, communicate with impact, and lead with confidence.
Karl has designed transformative learning programmes for global brands like PwC and Revolut, he’s led gang prevention initiatives coaching young people to shift mindsets and behaviours, and has worked as a professional actor – most notably performing in King Lear at the National Theatre under the direction of Sam Mendes. He also co-founded an award-winning technology start-up, applying his expertise in behaviour change to the digital space.
