Frequently asked questions

Why should an organisation invest in leadership development programmes for women specifically?

Leadership development programmes for women help organisations build stronger leadership pipelines, improve diversity at senior levels, and retain high-potential talent. They address challenges that women may experience in the workplace, while developing confidence, executive presence, communication skills, and the capability to lead effectively across the organisation.

What are the main benefits of a women-only leadership cohort versus a mixed-gender training environment?

A women-only leadership cohort provides a supportive environment where participants can discuss shared experiences openly, build confidence, and practise new leadership approaches without hesitation. While mixed-gender programmes offer valuable perspectives, women-only cohorts can encourage more candid discussion, stronger peer networks, and focused development around challenges commonly faced by female leaders.
