Frequently asked questions

What is Inclusive Leadership Training?

Inclusive Leadership Training helps leaders create environments where people feel valued, respected, and able to contribute fully. Participants develop practical skills to encourage belonging, build trust, improve decision-making, and create teams that benefit from a wider range of perspectives and experiences.

How do you measure the impact and ROI of inclusive leadership programmes?

The impact of inclusive leadership programmes can be measured through employee engagement and belonging surveys, retention rates, collaboration, promotion and development data, and manager feedback. Organisations should also monitor behavioural changes, team performance, and employees’ willingness to contribute ideas and challenge thinking.

How does Inclusive Leadership Training differ from a course tackling unconscious bias?

Unconscious bias training focuses on recognising and managing assumptions that influence decisions. Inclusive Leadership Training goes further by equipping leaders with practical behaviours that create belonging, encourage participation, build psychological safety, and embed inclusion into everyday leadership and team management.

How do you maintain inclusive leadership habits after the initial training ends?

Long-term success comes from reinforcing learning through coaching, regular feedback, leadership role modelling, and embedding inclusive behaviours into meetings, performance conversations, recruitment, and decision-making. Clear objectives, accountability, and ongoing reflection help inclusive leadership become part of an organisation’s culture rather than a one-off initiative.
