Frequently asked questions

What is the ROI from time management training for corporate leadership?

The impact of time management training can be measured through improved productivity, better prioritisation, and more effective decision-making. Leaders often experience fewer bottlenecks, improved delegation, and stronger team performance, while employees benefit from clearer priorities, reduced pressure and more efficient ways of working.

Is it better to choose a self-paced online productivity class or a live, instructor-led workshop?

Self-paced courses are useful for learning time management concepts, but live workshops provide opportunities to discuss real workplace challenges, receive practical feedback, and develop strategies that fit individual roles. Interactive learning also helps participants turn new techniques into lasting habits more effectively.

How does time management and prioritisation training help reduce employee burnout rates?

Effective time management encourages people to focus on high-value work, manage competing priorities, and set realistic expectations. By improving planning, reducing unnecessary pressure, and helping individuals establish healthy boundaries, organisations can support employee wellbeing while maintaining productivity and performance.

How does the course address psychological barriers to productivity like procrastination and perfectionism?

Many productivity challenges are rooted in habits and mindset rather than poor organisation. Time management training helps participants recognise behaviours such as procrastination and perfectionism, understand their causes, and apply practical techniques to prioritise effectively, make progress, and work with greater confidence.
