Frequently asked questions

What activities make an employee engagement workshop effective?

Employee engagement workshops are most effective when they involve discussion, collaboration, and practical application rather than presentations alone. Activities might include team problem-solving exercises, communication challenges, peer feedback, scenario-based discussions, and action planning, helping participants identify practical ways to improve motivation, collaboration, and engagement in their day-to-day work.

How do you adapt engagement training for virtual or hybrid teams?

Virtual and hybrid engagement training uses interactive online activities, breakout discussions, collaborative digital tools, and practical exercises to encourage participation. The focus remains on building trust, communication, and connection across distributed teams, ensuring remote employees feel included, motivated, and equipped to contribute effectively regardless of location.

How do you measure the success of motivation and engagement training?

The impact of motivation and engagement training can be measured through employee surveys, engagement scores, retention rates, manager feedback, and improvements in collaboration or productivity. Many organisations also assess changes in team communication, discretionary effort, and employee wellbeing to evaluate longer-term behavioural and business outcomes.
