Frequently asked questions

How can leaders create a culture of learning and development?

Leaders create a learning culture by demonstrating curiosity, encouraging continuous improvement, and making development part of everyday work. By providing constructive feedback, recognising achievements, supporting collaboration, and leading by example, they create an environment where people feel motivated to learn, share knowledge, and develop new skills.

How does a leader create culture?

Leaders create culture through the behaviours they model, the standards they set and the decisions they make every day. Their communication, values, and actions shape how people work together, respond to challenges, and treat one another. By consistently reinforcing positive behaviours, leaders build cultures based on trust, accountability, and high performance.
