Frequently asked questions

What techniques are taught for managing difficult stakeholders?

Participants learn practical techniques for building trust, adapting communication styles, managing expectations, and influencing positively. The course also explores how to prepare for challenging conversations, respond constructively to different stakeholder behaviours, and maintain productive relationships even when priorities or opinions differ.

Why is stakeholder management training important?

Effective stakeholder management helps organisations build stronger relationships, improve collaboration, and achieve better project and business outcomes. This training equips participants with the communication and influencing skills needed to gain stakeholder support, manage expectations, reduce misunderstandings, and build long-term professional partnerships.

What should I look for in executive presence training programmes versus 1-to-1 coaching?

Executive presence training programmes provide practical techniques, peer learning, and opportunities to practise leadership skills in a group setting. One-to-one coaching offers personalised feedback tailored to an individual’s goals and challenges. Many leaders benefit from combining both approaches to accelerate their development.

How can introverted women in highly technical fields develop strong executive presence?

Executive presence is not about being the loudest person in the room. Introverted leaders can build influence by communicating with clarity, listening effectively, preparing thoroughly, and projecting confidence through their expertise. Executive presence training helps participants develop a style that reflects their strengths while increasing visibility and impact.
