Why this Assertiveness Training Course?

Being more assertive doesn’t mean being aggressive, domineering or downright bossy. Assertiveness is all about using the right tone at the right time. This assertiveness training course will help you to develop your confidence to speak up, stand up for yourself and say no where appropriate. Being assertive will improve your interactions with colleagues so both parties feel respected, trusted and positive. It is a vital skill which can help you with managing difficult conversations such as appraisals or reviews and also with managing workplace conflict. Assertiveness is the skill of being able to express legitimate opinions without conflict, building self-confidence and enhancing relationships.
