Frequently asked questions

How do you measure the ROI of team training in problem-solving and decision-making skills?

The impact of problem-solving training can be measured through improved decision quality, faster resolution of workplace challenges, and greater confidence when tackling complex issues. Organisations often see better collaboration, fewer repeated problems, and more effective use of evidence when making important decisions.

Which core tools for root-cause analysis are taught in the course?

Participants learn practical techniques for identifying the underlying causes of problems rather than treating symptoms alone. Depending on the programme, these may include structured questioning, evidence-based analysis, recognising assumptions, evaluating options, and applying logical frameworks to reach well-informed decisions.

How does the curriculum combine creative problem-solving with structured decision-making models?

Effective problem-solving requires both creativity and critical thinking. Participants learn how to generate fresh ideas, explore different perspectives, and evaluate options using structured, evidence-based approaches. Combining these skills helps individuals make balanced decisions that are both innovative and practical.
