Frequently asked questions

What is emotional intelligence training and how does it work?

Emotional intelligence training helps participants recognise, understand and manage their own emotions while becoming more aware of the emotions and behaviours of others. Through practical exercises, discussion and workplace scenarios, participants develop greater self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation, enabling them to communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and respond more positively to challenges at work.

How do you measure the ROI of emotional intelligence training for employees?

The ROI of emotional intelligence training can be measured through improvements in employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and communication. Organisations often monitor indicators such as employee retention, 360-degree feedback, customer satisfaction, team performance, and conflict resolution. Over time, stronger emotional intelligence contributes to healthier workplace relationships, better decision-making, and improved organisational performance.
