Frequently asked questions

What is Growth Mindset Training?

Growth Mindset Training helps people develop the belief that abilities, knowledge, and performance can improve through learning, effort, and constructive feedback. Participants learn practical techniques for overcoming setbacks, embracing challenges, and building the resilience and adaptability needed to succeed in a changing workplace.

What are some effective growth mindset exercises for employees and managers?

Effective exercises include reframing setbacks as learning opportunities, reflecting on successes and challenges, setting stretch goals, seeking constructive feedback, and using future-focused language during coaching and performance conversations. These activities help individuals build confidence, resilience, and a more adaptable approach to learning and development.

How do you develop a growth mindset culture in a small business?

A growth mindset culture develops when leaders encourage learning, reward curiosity, support experimentation, and treat mistakes as opportunities to improve rather than reasons for blame. Regular feedback, coaching, and celebrating progress help create an environment where continuous learning becomes part of everyday work.

How do you measure the ROI and effectiveness of Growth Mindset Training?

The effectiveness of growth mindset training can be measured through improvements in employee engagement, resilience, learning agility, collaboration, and willingness to embrace change. Organisations may also track innovation, retention, performance, and feedback scores to assess how mindset changes are contributing to stronger individual and business outcomes.
