With 22 years' experience as a professional facilitator, Hideyuki Yoshioka has led almost a thousand training sessions. He has worked with many major enterprises in developing successful mid-term strategies, and is committed to helping clients reach breakthrough solutions.
Hideyuki has in-depth experience in supporting leadership and communication skills, including sessions focusing on presentation, listening, and sales negotiation. He has proven expertise in helping teams bridge cross-cultural differences and has supported many cross-cultural groups at major multinationals and other international organizations. Hideyuki is an influential voice within Japan's facilitator community, addressing new challenges through innovative solutions. He is certified as CPF (Certified Professional Facilitator) by the IAF (International Association of Facilitators).
