Annabel Capper is a dynamic executive coach, facilitator, and creative leader with over 20 years’ experience helping people discover their personal power, communicate with presence, and lead with authenticity. With a background that spans both the boardroom and the stage, she brings a rare blend of business insight, emotional intelligence, and creativity to every engagement. Born and raised in London, Annabel grew up surrounded by conversations about influence and impact – her father was a pioneer in the public relations industry. It’s no surprise that human behavior, storytelling, and presence became lifelong fascinations. These early inspirations eventually led her to train as a classical actor and build a rich career as an actor, director, and producer across the UK and the US.
As a coach and facilitator, Annabel has spent two decades partnering with leaders at all levels – from emerging talent to C-suite executives – helping them navigate complex conversations, lead inclusively, and connect with others in powerful, authentic ways. She has designed and led companywide programs on culture change, inclusive leadership, DEI, mental health, and team performance for global organizations. Her clients value her for her insight, humor, and ability to create bold, transformative learning experiences. Annabel’s coaching is rooted in her deep curiosity about what makes people tick – and a passion for helping others discover and express their unique voice. She collaborates with individuals and teams on everything from leadership presence, storytelling, impactful communication, stakeholder engagement, feedback and influence, negotiation, and coaching skills for leaders. Her sessions are creative, rigorous, and rich with light-touch expertise.
Outside the coaching space, Annabel is an independent theatre producer and creator of Annabel Capper Presents… and continues to direct and produce new works. Annabel holds a BA Hons in Classical acting from LAMDA.
Now based in New York City, Annabel brings a global perspective and a lifelong commitment to human connection to all that she does. In particular, he has advised companies such as JP Morgan, Barclays, Sony, Nomura, M&S, and Blackrock for more than 15 years.
Developing his reputation for thought leadership, in recent years Nick has been leading work on The Sustainable Human, the subject of his forthcoming book. A concept unique to Working Voices, The Sustainable Human offers a package of solutions focusing on leadership enablement, future skills, and cultural harmony.
