Course outcomes

  • By the end of Inclusive Leadership Training (Part 2), participants will integrate inclusion and wellbeing as mutually reinforcing drivers of performance. They will adopt a more inclusive view of wellbeing and implement practical strategies that support a healthier, more engaged workplace, and recognise potential bias when using AI to support leadership decisions.

Who is this course for?

Inclusive Leadership Training (Part 2) is designed for leaders and managers who want to turn inclusive leadership into everyday practice. It is ideal for those seeking practical strategies that support a healthier workplace while strengthening engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture.

Delivery options

Group size: Workshops, from 2-hour sessions to full-day, for small (up to 12), medium (up to 25), or large groups up to 50. High-impact keynote sessions of up to 90 minutes, for audiences from 51 to 200+ participants.

Measurement: We monitor progress to levels 1 and 2 of the Kirkpatrick model, and can support your internal monitoring through to levels 3 and 4. We have the capacity to use milestone charts, post-training action programmes, and coaching.

Using discussion, planning, and action to develop a practical framework for inclusive wellbeing.

Exploring how to use AI inclusively in day-to-day leadership, recognising potential bias or limitations in AI-supported decisions about people, opportunities, and the allocation of work.
