A bit about Alejandro
Alejandro Rodriguez is a bilingual leadership coach and communications expert who specializes in inclusive communication across diverse populations. He has led trainings on five continents, across a broad range of industries including finance, legal, real estate, media, technology, healthcare and academia.
Now in his eighth-year leading trainings for corporate clients, Alejandro's approach is performance-based, practice-oriented, and focused on delivering tangible results that produce ongoing positive feedback loops. He has designed and delivered programs that have rolled out globally across thousands of team members, and has experience facilitating trainings around feedback, coaching, interview skills, situational leadership, conflict resolution, social styles, presentation skills, storytelling and more.
The son of two Cuban immigrants, Alejandro earned his degree from The Juilliard School where he received the Michel St. Denis Prize for outstanding achievement. He was born and raised in the multicultural hub of Miami, Florida, and now considers New York City a second home.
