Darren firmly believes that exceptional communication lies at the heart of any successful business.
The way people talk to and understand each other is the foundation of effective communication; a belief that forms the basis of Darren’s approach. Mixing his experience as a coach, trainer and business leader with his operational experience of writing and delivering numerous coaching and communications skills training programmes, Darren now performs a dual role at Working Voices.
As Projects Manager he works with both our operations teams and clients to design training solutions. In this role he also offers support to the company directors to develop and expand our business. In his other role Darren delivers training courses to our clients. His particular focus is presentation skills and personal impact; the latter delivered from junior level to leadership level. His project work with clients informs our training and his experience in the training room helps us understand the day-to-day challenges our clients face.
