We invite you to write at the end of each day (after dinner, before going to sleep) three things which you are grateful for that day. They can be small and simple, like a “thank you email from a client/boss/colleague”, a smile from a stranger on the tube/train, or hugely significant like “becoming the employee of the month/year”. If you have time and energy, you could describe in more details what happened, and how you felt. Otherwise just reflecting on your day, and recording three things that made you happy and grateful, is good enough.
It is powerful to focus on what works and we appreciate. We condition ourselves to notice more these gifts throughout the day, and experience more of them too.
