Like many people in management positions approaching their sixties I was beginning to doubt whether I would reach the level of seniority I had targeted, in my case Partner. Then I was fortunate enough to enrol in a Working Voices course. The difference between Working Voices and all the other courses I had taken part in over the years was that they not only led me to new skills and techniques and powerful ideas, but they worked from the basis of what lay within me, my latent skills and my psychology and personality.
