A glance at Paul’s training CV suggests that he does little else but coach MDs, Directors and Departmental Heads in advanced communication skills – and all of that’s true. He’s in demand from Executives and Senior Managers who want 1:1 coaching in preparation for, perhaps, an important address or a critical meeting, or who might simply want to sharpen up some facet of their personal communication style.

But a glance would only tell part of the story. In fact Paul coaches across the whole spectrum, from staffroom to boardroom.

So where did he acquire the skills, easy going manner and professionalism that make him so popular with our Clients?

After qualifying as a graphic designer, he spent five years in the UK creative sector working with some of our leading advertising agencies. His skills as a coach and presenter, though, were learnt not only from pitching to and negotiating with the Clients of these household names. They were learnt too from a series of University guest lectureships (promoting “education for all” under various government schemes – a cause Paul believes in and continues to do his bit for), and from his stage work with a touring, musical-theatre company. Paul’s right when he says:
