Lisa’s background is tailor-made for a successful career in interpersonal skills training. After nine years in travel-industry sales and marketing, she was asked to take on the role of Specialist Training Adviser to a large group of South-East based SMEs. Whether their needs were in the area of business planning, business systems, business-improvement techniques, performance-management systems, sales / marketing, finance, change management, employment law or a dozen other things, Lisa had to know it all, and to teach it all.
Lisa delivers our Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management . She brings to them the same high levels of energy, commitment and technical knowledge she has demonstrated throughout her career. She is a popular 1:1 coach too. In particular, she excels at reducing communication problems to their basics and finding workable solutions.
