Working Voices is a global communication and presentation skills consultancy

Genevieve Grant

Born in the USA, New Yorker Geneviève Grant developed her formidable abilities as a presenter by way of political activism, charity organisation, performance artistry and theatre direction and management. And they’re available to you by way of Working Voices.

She likes to get results and has chosen some hard testing grounds to show it. Witness her political and charity work centred on campaigns in aid of the homeless and dispossessed in a succession of American states – campaigns that brought her into conflict with, as they say, City Hall, and campaigns that she and her fellow activists won. If you want to learn about persuasiveness and assertiveness, Geneviève knows what she’s talking about.

And alongside this come her studies in Sociology which, fortunately for Working Voices, she chose to conclude in the UK with a degree from London University, Goldsmith’s College. Goldsmith’s famously proclaims itself a place where a student has the “freedom to experiment, to think differently, to be an individual”. That’s certainly Geneviève’s outlook. Her style is creative, challenging and invigorating.

Geneviève is a remarkable coach with a real gift for engaging and enthusing her audiences, and a real ability to empathise with them.

Her passion for her subject is real too. She coaches our Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation Skills and Stress Management courses – big groups and small as well as Executive one-to-ones.

The subject of interpersonal communication is a passion with Geneviève. Reading and attending lectures on the subject in its many different guises is almost a pastime for her. A true Subject Matter Expert.
