Working Voices is a global communication and presentation skills consultancy

Chris Grimes

Chris is a vastly experienced trainer with an energetic and entertaining style and impressive credentials. He comes to Working Voices at the top of his profession.

Armed with acting, speech and drama merits from the UK’s top academies, Chris has worked extensively in theatre, radio, films and corporate videos. As much to the point, though, for 14 years he has been the mainstay of the leading drama-based training company he founded.

His performance background goes further still. He is director, founder member and regular performer with an acclaimed Comedy Improvisation and Corporate Entertainment company. We said his style is entertaining!

An exponent of the GROW Coaching Model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), Chris has trained a wide range of clients at all levels of seniority and in many different roles – executives, senior personnel and teams included. And by teams, we mean large teams. Talks to 200 people are routine to him.

But if his trainer-credentials are impressive, his track record is even more so – as a quick glance at just a handful of his assignments will show:

Orange: Leadership coaching at Board-level.
Diageo: Programme designer and lead facilitator on advanced Presentation Skills training as part of the clients “Project Liberate” Leadership Programme.
Ministry of Defence: Clarity and Communication programme spread across a number of different defence agencies.
London Business School: Personal Impact and Communication Skills: programme designer, client manager, lead facilitator.
National Audit Office: Extended Communication Skills programme. Group facilitator.

Chris brings all of this experience to the Working Voices’ Team and to Working Voices’ clients. Already he’s a firm favourite with our Investment, Corporate, Private, Institutional and Retail bankers.

Chris teaches Personal Impact, Presentation Skills, Personal Brand, Voice Coaching, and Executive One-to-One Coaching – all delivered in that style we spoke about: effective, interesting, memorable and always entertaining.
