With the company since 2003, Tina divides her time between running the back office efficiently, ensuring our clients stay happy, and seeing that all our trainers arrive in the right place at the right time, “suited, booted and raring to go”.

With no fewer than 18 trainers spread across the globe, that is no easy task. Add in the worldwide-training programmes she arranges for clients and the scale of the challenges becomes clearer. The right courses, the right course materials, the right equipment, the right room layouts with the right training facilities. The travel arrangements, the accommodation, the inevitable last-minute surprises and changes. And all of it done with a close eye on the precise and detailed requirements of customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.

For assignments like these, Tina works closely with Jennifer Logue (who handles administration in New York) and Nick Fordham (who handles administration in Shanghai). Fortunately that is not a chore. She works closely with them all the time on Working Voices’ everyday business.

The easy and friendly manner with which she accomplishes all these things comes very naturally to Tina, but was no doubt super-honed by the years she spent in the hospitality industry.
