Genevieve Grant - Interpersonal Skills Consultant

Genevieve likes to get results. Since 1990 she has been working with individuals and groups, encouraging, educating and delivering successful interpersonal communication skills programmes.

With her valuable experience in Human Resources, which has given her an insight into corporate cultures ranging from charities to investment banks, her approach has been to deliver high-energy training sessions.

As she states, "interpersonal skills training theory or delivery is about achieving results through getting the very best out of individuals and groups. In addition to a trainer creating a programme and environment that facilitates the learning process we must also raise awareness of what can be achieved through the development of communication skills"

While studying Sociology in her native U.S., followed by a post-graduate degree at London's Goldsmith College, Genevieve worked with political action groups and U.S. government agencies to advise on education in the mental health and disability sector.
