Tailored Training

Our off-the-shelf repertoire of training is extensive and meets the needs of 95% of our clients 95% of the time. That should be no surprise. We have designed and built our seminars, courses, workshops, programmes and stand-alone 1:1 coaching to be sufficiently comprehensive and flexible to achieve that effect.

For those relatively few occasions when clients require something which is not available exactly in ready-made form, we offer tailored training – training to meet a specific clients’ specific needs. And we offer it at no extra cost.

The requirement might be for a slightly changed emphasis, a particular angle or approach, some adjustment to content, the inclusion of an element of client-specific information. Or it might be for a particular format. For instance, most of our courses are designed for Working Voices’ cost and time-efficient “trademark” format: a Seminar followed by 1:1 coaching for each participant. We can, however, craft our offering into workshops, programmes played out over extended periods or close personal-coaching sessions for variously-sized groups.
