Maybe your work schedule just doesn’t allow you to attend a full course, uninterrupted, but you can manage something bite-sized.

Either way, Tim offers one-to-one coaching sessions too. One or two sessions, or a series. It depends entirely on you and what you're looking for.

The format of the sessions are designed both to put you at your ease and to ease you into the subject. You'll begin by learning the science and practice. Then you'll move on swiftly to your own experience and how to tackle it.

Discussion, examination, practical demonstrations, exercises and, at the end, a clear plan.
