To equip participants with the highest-level presentation skills.
Objective
By the end of this coaching, participants will know and be able to put into practice presentation techniques equal to even the most taxing presentation task.
Overview
This level of coaching is intensive, targeted and in-depth. It’s aimed at people with an important presentational job to do that’s looming. An important proposal; an important podium or after-dinner speech; a shareholder’s meeting likely to be difficult. Any presentation where it’s crucial you get it right.
And you? You’re likely to be Senior in your organisation – from Senior Management through to the Board – but you could equally be working your way up and been landed with a presentation that’s got to work.
This level of close coaching, and its format, is entirely focussed on the task and will give you the toolkit you need to become an outstanding presenter – FAST.
Ideally, we’ll see you two weeks or more before the event to allow plenty of time for the winning ingredient. Supervised practice and critiqueing – videod, and as often as you feel is necessary.
Over almost 11 years we’ve developed our own method of close coaching and used it to train hundreds of senior people. Its success lies not only in our content but also the depth of the rapport and trust quickly built between trainer and participant. And how does it work? The scene is set with some illuminating discussion on relevant theory. Then it’s down to the real practical business under headings like:
