Overview
Speaking to large audiences is murder right? Wrong. It’s a challenge to be sure but there are few better settings in business for you to show that you have what it takes. And it’s a challenge you’re likely to encounter fairly soon after you’ve started climbling the ladder. This training tells you what you need to know to make a real success of it.
It’s fast-moving and full of relevant content. Beginning with a discussion on the concept, the task and the procedure you’re dealing with, we then move on to i) Getting your thinking straight (ordeal or opportunity) ii) dealing with nerves (the ways of controlling and exploiting them) iii) the physical challenges presented by large audience (from gestures through to eye and body focus) and iv) the vocal challenges presented by larger audiences (from “speaking out” to energizing your voice).
Punctuated by demonstrations, exercises and video, playback and critique, this is the basic training that everyone who ever started down the big-room presentation road wishes had been available to them. Well, it’s available to you!
