1:1 Coaching for Managers

People who sell, negotiate, motivate, maintain client relationships, supervise staff, or hold a team together – and who are serious about making a success of it – absolutely MUST possess the high-level Communication Skills they’ll learn in our 1:1 Coaching sessions.

1:1 Coaching is at the summit of our Interpersonal Skills Offering. It divides into Communication Skills and Management Communication Skills. And it’s typically requested in 60-minute sessions although the precise duration, content, emphasis, shape and frequency of programmes hinges on client need, which we assess at the outset and monitor for the duration.

Communication Skills

Aimed at people whose jobs require them to be superior communicators, the interpersonal skills we’re talking about are the ones they need to promote the business and to prosper personally in the workplace. Their self-belief; the way they handle their own emotions and the emotions of others; the way they convey their message; the way they build relationships. Typical subject-matter includes:

Management Communication Skills

Aimed exclusively at Managers, these sessions concentrate on the particular Communication Skills required by successful, modern managers – from the most junior to the most senior. Typical subjects covered include:
